Implant-Supported Dentures

in Cary, IL

Implant-supported dentures, sometimes referred to as All-on-X, are perfect for patients who need many missing teeth replaced at once and want the stability and durability of dental implants. Once a few implants are placed strategically throughout the arch, a natural-looking, custom denture is designed to attach seamlessly to the implants. All-on-X implants can turn back the hands of time, restoring the functionality and esthetics of your teeth to what they were years ago, providing you with that Hollywood smile and the ability to eat all your favorite foods! Restore Your Smile and Your Lifestyle

Missing teeth don’t just take a toll on your self-esteem. Having one or more teeth that are missing or need to be replaced can make simple things, like eating and speaking, more difficult than they need to be. All-on-X dentures help to provide you with a beautiful, complete smile and restore the function of your teeth as well.

Maintain a Healthy Jawbone

Did you know that a single missing tooth can cause jawbone deterioration? Dental implants are the best restorative dental option to keep your jawbone healthy and strong, which in turn, helps maintain the natural shape of your face and prevents a sunken appearance.

Keep All of Your Restorative Care in One Place

Need a bone graft procedure before your dental implant placements? We provide in-house bone graft treatments. Need an old implant restored? We can help with that too. Cary Family Dental is proud to offer start-to-finish dental implant services to keep our care accessible and convenient for our patients.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

  • During your consultation, our team will evaluate your oral health, discuss your medical history, and take X-rays or a CT scan to assess bone structure as needed.
  • We will also discuss your goals, expectations, and any concerns you may have about the procedure.

Step 2: Treatment Planning

  • Dr. Patel will create a customized treatment plan that includes the number of implants needed, the placement strategy, the treatment timeline, and the design of your new teeth.

Step 3: In-House Implant Procedure

  • On the day of your treatment, Dr. Patel will ensure that you are comfortable during the procedure.
  • Any remaining teeth will be extracted and dental implants will be strategically placed.
  • Temporary dentures will be attached to the implants, allowing you to leave with a functioning set of teeth.

Step 4: Healing and Recovery

  • Recovery may involve some swelling and discomfort, which can be managed with prescribed pain medication and cold compresses.
  • Follow our office’s instructions for care, including a soft diet and avoiding strenuous activities for a few days.
  • Attend follow-up appointments to monitor healing and ensure the implants are integrating with the bone.

Step 5: Final Prosthesis Placement

  • After the implants have fully integrated with the bone (usually after 3-6 months), you will return to have the final, custom-made prosthesis attached.
  • Dr. Patel will ensure the fit is comfortable and that your new teeth look natural.

Enjoy your new smile, which should function just like natural teeth!

One Team. One Clinic. One Cost.

At Cary Family Dental, we understand that a lack of flexible financing options can prevent patients from receiving the care that they need. Our office accepts most major dental plans and offers an in-house membership plan that provides discounts on services like dental implants and All-on-X dentures. There are no hidden costs when it comes to our treatments—what we show you upfront is what you can expect to pay!

For patients who need to divide the cost of their care into manageable monthly payments, we recommend utilizing a service like CareCredit™ to select a payment plan that works with your unique preferences, needs, and budget. With no and low-interest plans, financing the cost of your care may be just the solution you need to make your dream smile a reality.
